My wife and I were in Philly to see the Tall Ships. They'll put themselves out of business at this rate. Oh yeah and when I tried to go onto their website to send my feedback, I realized I am expected to use my time to call during normal business hours or leave a message. I will never go back to a Dave & Busters. When we went to play the games, my shoes were literally sticking to the carpet and the bathroom, despite having some type of attendant, was sickeningly dirty!!! From the time we got there to the time we left (maybe 2 hours), two stalls had not been touched but they were VERY disgusting.I'll spare you the details. Food was inexpensive but not even worth what we paid. Wings were overly greasy like the cheesesteak and the burgers were so thin you could barely see them amongst the giant potato rolls. My husband had the bar burgers and wings. My cheese steak was disgustingly greasy and inedible. Anyway, the kids were fine with their hotdogs and burgers. I have a huge pet peeve with waiters coming out and announcing what he/she is holding so that their guests can raise their hand and tell them who has what meal. We ordered and received our food mostly without a problem. The tables in the one dining room ranged from black lacquer to lime green lacquer to wood. Looking around the décor is very unmatched. When I mentioned this to the waitress we were told we could move, which we chose not to. We were moved to a table that was rocking because one leg was shorter than the others. We asked to be moved to a different table because if we weren't going to use them, the taps would just be in the way. Once seated at one of those table we were told that out of 10 or so of them, NONE of them work. We asked to be seated at a table with the beer taps in the center and were told, "I'll check, I don't know if there is a server there." Really? Aren't we the customers? If this is where we want to sit, we should be able to sit there. I told her they need more signs regarding hostess and bathrooms. I asked where the rest room was and it was all the way back by the games. She was at some random spot in the middle of the restaurant. When we were ready to be seated, we went to the front of the restaurant but that wasn't the hostess. Never stepping foot in a Dave & Buster's establishment ever againįrom the moment we entered D&B from the parking garage, the door handle was absolutely filthy! We walked in and saw signs to see the hostess for seating but we walked around a bit to get the lay of the land. A bunch of 20 year olds can't enter an arcade without parental supervision because of the risk of underage drinking yet ID's are checked at the bar. ![]() The customer service is atrocious, the enforcement of company policies is extremely hypocritical, and this is an overall terrible experience. ![]() While we were standing in their lobby waiting for other people in the group whom were at least 25, we watched at least 4 groups enter where 1 parent had at least 8 minors with them yet the employees allowed them to enter. Another rule of theirs is that for every 6 people who are under 21, they must be accompanied by at least one person who is at least 25. The 5 people in our group were all 19-20 year old college students and because of their "House Rules", no one under the age of 21 can enter the arcade area without anyone who is at least 21. We came here for my girlfriends birthday and they wouldn't allow us to go back because no one in our group was 25 years of age. Maybe I was just there on a day that not everyone was on point, I will return as I have celebrated and had so many fond memories at this location. I have been coming to this D&B from the day it opened and was a little surprised as to what happened. As always the food was delicious as was the drink, Chris was very attentive and what he recommended for dinner was on point, Thank You Chris for saving my evening. ![]() I mentioned to him what had happened and he was surprised. Chris Humes the bartender came over immediately and took my order. As I was leaving and still hungry I notice bar was also empty so I gave it another shot. As I past them I mentioned no one ever came and they seem confused as to who was to come to my table. After about 5 minutes of me watching them stand there folding silverware into napkins I thought I'd just leave. I waited patiently for someone to come and take my drink order but that person never came as they apparently thought that busy work was more important than a customer. They walked me to seat and they walked away. I was alone and there seem to be some confusion as to where they would sit me yet it wasn't busy with a room full of empty tables. Right from the beginning it seems that there was going to be a problem. I was performing near by and thought I'd stop in for dinner before my show.
